All entrants on the $500 Amazon Gift Card Pop up will receive one entry into the sweepstakes.

1. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Tiege Hanley, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter: Everyone who enters their email address into the $500 Amazon Pop Up or the Official Entry Form will be entered into the sweepstakes. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

3. Multiple Entries: Limit one entry per person per sweepstakes date, regardless of method of entry.

4. Entry Period: The Entry window will be October 6 at 12:01 AM until November 26 at 11:59 PM. Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

5. Selection of Winner: The winner will be selected through a random drawing under the supervision of Tiege Hanley. The draw will take place within 7 days after the Entry Period ends.

6. Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 10 days of the close of the sweepstakes.  Tiege Hanley shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other email security settings. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 10 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Prizes: The winner will receive an Amazon.com gift card with a value of Five Hundred Dollars.  There will only be one winner selected.
   
   

8. Rights Granted by Entrants: By entering this contest, you understand that Tiege Hanley, anyone acting on behalf of Tiege Hanley, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review, or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

9. Terms & Conditions: Tiege Hanley reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Tiege Hanley's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes.
