Tiege Hanley "10 Years of Compliments" Contest — Official Rules

Below are the Official Rules for the Tiege Hanley "10 Years of Compliments" Contest.

1. Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Tiege Hanley, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter: Entrants may use the QR code shown above or on the back of the "10 Year of Compliments Card" shipped with their most recent order, or go to Tiege.com/10years to submit a response. Please use one (1) of the following prompts via video or a picture, along with any written message you would like to include:
   • What's the best compliment you've gotten on your skin?
   • When did you realize Tiege made a difference for you?
   • Which product is your favorite, and why?
   • What would you tell a guy thinking about a routine?
   No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
3. Multiple Entries: Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method.
4. Entry Period: The contest entry period will begin on July 9, 2026, at 12:01 AM CT and close on September 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM CT. The odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received ($1,000 ARV, one winner).
5. Selection of Winner: The winner will be selected by a panel of Tiege Hanley employees based on the authenticity (30%), creativity (40%), and overall quality (30%) of the response. Judging will take place after the close of the Entry Period. Tiege Hanley's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. Only one winner will be selected.
6. Notification: The winner will be notified via email once selected. Tiege Hanley shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other email security settings. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within ten (10) days from the time the award notification was sent, the prize will be forfeited, and at the company's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prizes: The winner will receive one thousand USD ($1,000) via ACH or Venmo after submitting their US Form W-9.
8. Rights Granted by Entrants: By entering this contest, you understand that Tiege Hanley, anyone acting on behalf of Tiege Hanley, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review, or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, or statements about the contest, and biographical information as news, publicity, or information and for trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
9. Content Guidelines & Disqualification: Entries must be appropriate and respectful. Any entry that contains offensive language, hate speech, derogatory or discriminatory speech, harassment, obscenity, nudity, or any content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by Tiege Hanley in its sole discretion, will be automatically disqualified. Tiege Hanley reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems inappropriate for any reason.
10. Representations & Warranties: By entering, each entrant represents and warrants that the entry is original to the entrant, was created solely by the entrant, and does not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of privacy, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party. Each entrant further represents and warrants that he or she has obtained the express written consent of any individual who appears in or is identifiable from the entry (and, for any minor, the consent of that minor's parent or legal guardian), and that any music, images, or other materials included in the entry are owned by the entrant or used with all necessary permissions. Each entrant further represents that the entry reflects truthful statements about the entrant's own experience.
11. Indemnification: By entering, each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tiege Hanley, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to the entrant's participation in the Contest, the entrant's entry, or any breach or alleged breach of these Official Rules or of the representations and warranties made by the entrant.
12. Terms & Conditions: Tiege Hanley reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Tiege Hanley's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.
